China decided to create a glass bridge 100’s of feet above a canyon bottom in the Henan province a few years ago
while most residents and thrill seekers welcomed the new tourist attraction some ere very concerned about the safety of the bridge. They may have been right considering that last October some of the glass panes here broken and it had to be closed for 2 weeks to be repaired. And it had just opened 2 weeks prior to that.
Supposedly the bridge can hold up to strong winds, earthquakes, as well as the weight of hundreds of visitors.
